Whether you’re looking for a safe, shady playground for your toddler or an exciting adventure with your kids, you’ll find it in our guide to the eight best parks in Perth.

Chevron Parkland, Burswood

This park includes plenty of playground equipment, but the biggest drawcard is its miniature road track. The track is perfect for smaller kids to travel along and comes complete with traffic signs and painted road markings.

Shepherds Bush Park also has space for adults to relax with a public BBQ and picnic area. While the park includes drink fountains, the closest toilets can be found at shopping centres in the local area. Outside of the water playground, Hyde Park has plenty of natural sightseeing on offer, as well as another large playground nearby.
